These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of adiautomotive.com (the “Site”) and purchases made through the Site. The Site offers automotive tools, vehicle-care equipment, and roadside essentials for online purchase.

In these Terms, “ADI Automotive,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the business operating this Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site or place an order only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

2. Online Store and Repair Services

ADI Automotive has an automotive repair background in Butler, Pennsylvania, and offers automotive products through this online store.

Purchases made through the Site are for products intended for vehicle maintenance, basic checks, and roadside preparedness. Online product orders do not include vehicle diagnosis, installation, inspection, or repair services.

Any repair services offered by ADI Automotive are arranged separately and are subject to the applicable service terms and estimates. The availability of repair services does not mean that installation or repair work is included with an online product purchase.

3. Products and Descriptions

We make reasonable efforts to display products, descriptions, images, specifications, and prices accurately. However, colors, packaging, and minor design details may vary from the images shown.

If a product is listed with an obvious pricing or description error, we may contact you before fulfilling the order to explain the issue and confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If we cannot fulfill an order and cancel it after payment, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order.

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected products. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout and explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, weather, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order. Contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Risk of loss and ownership of products transfer as provided by applicable law and the terms governing the shipment. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, and cancellation requests are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Safe Use of Automotive Products

Automotive tools and roadside equipment can cause injury, vehicle damage, or property damage if used incorrectly. You agree to follow the applicable manufacturer instructions, warnings, and safety requirements when using products purchased through the Site.

In particular:

• Use jack stands only on firm, level ground and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions. Use a properly rated jack and never rely on a jack alone to support a vehicle.

• Use towing and recovery straps only for their intended purpose, within their rated capacity, and with appropriate attachment points. Do not use equipment for applications for which it is not designed.

• Follow the instructions supplied with electrical, battery, diagnostic, tire, and wheel equipment.

• Use roadside warning devices in accordance with their instructions and applicable traffic laws.

• Keep tools and equipment away from children unless the product is specifically designed for their use and properly supervised.

Products sold through the Site are not a substitute for professional vehicle inspection, diagnosis, or repair where needed. If a vehicle may be unsafe to operate, seek qualified assistance rather than relying solely on a tool or roadside product.

10. Product Warranties

Products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty where one is provided. Warranty coverage, duration, and claim procedures may vary by product.

Any warranty information provided with a product or in its listing should be reviewed before purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no additional warranties are provided beyond those expressly stated or required by law.
